Election update, 14 April: Conservative manifesto launches
It's a right Right to Buy frenzy in the press this morning, with every newspaper under the sun (including the Sun) featuring Conservative plans for increasing home ownership.
The party's election manifesto, which will be published today, apparently promises that 1.3 million tenants in housing association properties will be able to purchase their house at a discount.
The Daily Mirror bucks the trend, leading on a "health service crisis".
