Election update, 19 April: big interviews and a mixed offering

Several of the major papers' front pages put the election to one side today, while the others are an eclectic mix, ranging from UKIP accusing the BBC of bias to Labour reaching out to moderate Tories. So far it's a day more of political machination than the facts.

Meanwhile, we've identified and we're working through hundreds of factual assertions underpinning the main parties' manifestos to bring you a comprehensive report as soon as we can.

We'll also be keeping an eye on the Marr Show, as Andrew Marr interviews David Cameron, Nicola Sturgeon, and Vince Cable. It'll also feature a discussion about housing from our election centre.
